We prioritize the continuous training and development of our guides. Every year, they are provided with the opportunity to embark on a field trip within Tanzania, each with a unique purpose. Themes range from “Sustainability” to “Botanical Exploration” and “Animal Tracking.” These trips are not only highly appreciated by our guides but also serve as occasions for them to connect, exchange stories, and learn from one another.
