10 Days River Crossing Migration, Premium package is ideal for those seeking to go in quest of the great migration crossing the Mara river in the North Serengeti coupled with Luxury accommodations located in pristine pockets of the park, this is a dream package.With the river crossing happening around July – October, this package is most ideal for this travel time.
The great migration being the major highlight for this tour we will spend 4 nights in the vast Serengeti exploring all the way up to the northern Serengeti in quest of the great migration crossing the crocodile infested Mara river, not missing out the other famous safari parks of the Tanzania’s famous northern circuit, Tarangire, Lake Manyara & the cradle of mankind the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport
Your guide will meet and greet you at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) and after a short briefing he will drive you to Arusha Coffee Lodge for dinner and overnight approximately 1 hour drive. Unwind as you look forward to the epic adventures in the coming days.
- Activity: Arrival, Transfer.
- Overnight at Arusha Coffee Lodge (suite).
Day 2: Tarangire National Park
Your epic safari adventure awaits for you. After breakfast depart for Tarangire National Park from Arusha with packed lunch, approximately 2 hours from Arusha to Tarangire National Park.
After your guide clears with the permits you will be introduced to an armed ranger ready to begin your walking safari in the amazing Tarangire national park (1.5-2 hours), return to your vehicle and later proceed with game drives to late afternoon depart for dinner and overnight at Lemala Mpingo Ridge Tented Lodge.

Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast depart for Lake Manyara National Park approximately 1.5 hour drive with packed lunch, upon clearance with the permits your guide will drive you through the forest of this pristine park for extensive game drives almost to the edge of the park, here you will witness a remarkable sight, real hot springs. Continue with game drives along the lake and exit the park in the late afternoon to drive to Karatu for dinner and overnight at The Manor.

Day 4: Karatu – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast depart for Serengeti National Park via Ngorongoro Conservation Area with packed lunch, approximately 4 hour drive.
Arrive Naabi hill gate in time for lunch, thereafter your guide will clear out with the permits. Proceed with en route game drives to the heart of Serengeti, Seronera renowned for its abundance of resident wildlife. Continue with game drives until later in the late afternoon depart for dinner and overnight right in the heart of Central Serengeti at Four Seasons – Horizon Room Waterhole View.
This luxury camp has a spectacular and secluded location, giving you the opportunity to fully relax and enjoy the view of the magnificent Serengeti.

Day 5: Northern Serengeti National Park
After an early breakfast venture into the Serengeti wilderness with packed lunch in quest of the great migration in the North Serengeti, we will transverse the beautiful eastern Serengeti, where you will have the chance to witness the varied landscape of the Serengeti from the endless plains of the central and southern Serengeti to the many kopjes in the east and woodland in the north, afternoon game drives along the Mara River. Dinner and overnight at Lemala Kuria Hills Tented Lodge.

Day 6: Northern Serengeti National Park
After an early breakfast venture into the Serengeti wilderness with packed lunch for a full day quest of the great migration along the crocodile infested Mara River. Picnic lunch will be served in a pristine spot in the wilderness. Later in the late afternoon depart for dinner and overnight at Lemala Kuria Hills Tented Lodge.
Optional Extras: Balloon Safari 05.30 am – 09.30 am, 1 hour Balloon flight at dawn over the Serengeti Plains and bush breakfast, thereafter proceed with game drives.
Activity: Full day game drives in quest of the migration.
Overnight at Lemala Kuria Tented Lodge, North Serengeti.
Day 7: Serengeti National Park
After an early breakfast proceed with game drives along the Mara River for the last chance of witnessing the river crossing, later in the morning proceed to central Serengeti. Dinner and overnight at Four Seasons in central Serengeti.

Day 8: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After an early breakfast venture into the wilderness of the Serengeti National Park for early morning game drives with packed lunch. Continue with game drives until noon hours and depart for Ngorongoro Conservation Area, en route game drives in the Conservation area arriving in time for an evening Ngorongoro Crater scenery walk. Your guide will introduce you to an armed ranger ready to explore the wilderness free from the confinements of your car. Thereafter he will pick you and drive to the lodge for dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Crater Lodge.
Optional Extras: Olduvai Gorge Tour

Day 9: The Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast descend down the world’s largest unbroken crater for extensive game drives, later in the afternoon ascend and drive to Karatu for dinner and overnight at The Manor.

Day 10: Karatu – Arusha/JRO
You have experienced an amazing Safari in four of the amazing National Parks in Africa. After a relaxing breakfast we will drive you back to Arusha or drop off at the airport.
