Day 1: Tarangire/Manyara National Parks
Depart for Tarangire/Manyara National Parks at 6:00am from Moshi/Arusha/Arusha or KIA airport with packed lunch, approximately 4hrs drive to either park.
- Activity: Walking safari for 2-3 hrs with an armed ranger, later return to your vehicle and proceed with extensive game drives. Depart from the park later in the afternoon and head to overnight stay in a campsite in Mto wa Mbu village.
- Overnight at a campsite in Mto wa Mbu.
Day 2: Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After an early breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Crater with packed lunch for a little more than half a day game drive in the world’s largest unbroken Crater; later in the afternoon depart to Moshi/Arusha or drop off at airport.
- Activity: Extensive game drives in the Crater floor.
Optional: Maasai cultural interaction for 1hr on your way back.
